Fadriyadi Kudri holds a law degree from Faculty of Law University of Indonesia (1994) and a Master of Law degree in Corporate, Commercial and Taxation from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia (2002). He has been practicing as a lawyer since 1995.

Fadriyadi’s expertise and experience cover a broad range of practice areas including corporate and commercial as well as dispute resolution. His corporate and commercial practice include general corporate, domestic and foreign investment, corporate compliance and governance, licensing and regulatory advice, shareholders and joint venture agreements, merger and acquisition as well as in the dissolution and liquidations of company.

Fadriyadi has also assisted clients in a variety of transactions, which include among others, real estate and construction, energy related contracts, franchises, hotel management, licensing agreement, sales and distribution agreements and movie productions related contracts. He has also advised and represented both creditors and debtors in various financial transactions.

Fadriyadi Kudri has advised and represented companies and institutions on employment law matters, including on the legal aspects of mass layoffs as a result of business closure. He also advised for clients in relation to the effect of global merger to Indonesian employees, drafting of employment contract, company regulation and collective labor agreements. He also acted and represented clients in Industrial Relations Court on termination of employment disputes.

In addition to corporate and commercial practice, Fadriyadi also has vast experience and expertise in dispute resolution. Combined with his corporate and commercial’s expertise and experience, Fadriyadi has acted and represented clients from various industries in Indonesian courts as well as in international and domestic arbitration especially in the corporate and contractual disputes, including shareholder or joint venture agreement, lease agreements, coal supply, charter party and drilling contract. He has also acted and represented clients in the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Indonesia as well as in relation to bankruptcy and suspension of debt payment proceedings.

Fadriyadi Kudri is a licensed advocate and a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). He is a registered capital market legal consultant with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) and a member of Association of Capital Market Legal Consultant (HKHPM). He is also a licensed receiver and administrator at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia and a member of Association of Indonesian Receiver for Bankruptcy and Administrator (AKPI). He speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
